The displayed total includes applicable taxes. PayPal or your bank may apply its own currency conversion charges. A PayPal transaction record and our order/delivery notice are not a tax invoice.

What happens after payment

A reviewer checks your report before delivery. Please allow two business days after payment is verified and the input is complete.

The workbook includes inputs and method, Five Elements context, patterns to question, everyday reflection, seven days of practice, and source boundaries. Felix is responsible for manual review of this first batch.

Corrections and access

Check your date before payment. For a mistake, contact support promptly. One date correction is available before generation begins; later requests are assessed by support before any further delivery.

Your private report entry can be reopened throughout the original 30-day access window. Each PDF download uses a fresh short-lived storage URL. Keep the private entry confidential: anyone you forward it to can use it until it expires or is revoked. If it is lost or shared, contact support to revoke and replace it within the remaining window. Save the PDF; permanent hosting is not included.

Support and privacy

Felix handles support on business days, aiming to reply within two business days. For missing, incorrect, or inaccessible files, contact support; verified duplicate charges are refunded. Other refund requests are assessed individually, without limiting applicable consumer rights.

Your email and Gregorian birth date are used for this order and its cultural reflection. No birth time or place is collected. The date is not sent to ordinary analytics. We review personal report files and date inputs for deletion or de-identification within 90 days after the 30-day access window ends. Core order and necessary delivery evidence follow the existing three-year retention rule after closure; ordinary technical logs 90 days and ordinary closed support records 12 months. Unresolved disputes, preservation duties, and legally required retention take priority. Contact support for correction or deletion requests; these are handled manually.
